Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellations
You may cancel your service request at any time before the development or design process has officially begun. Once work has commenced, cancellation requests will be subject to a review of the work completed up to that point.
2. Refunds
We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our digital products. However, due to the nature of digital goods and custom services:
- Full Refunds: Only available if the project has not been started.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted at our discretion if a project is cancelled mid-way, calculated based on the progress made.
- No Refunds: Once the final digital asset (bot, website, design) has been delivered and accepted, no refunds can be issued.
3. Revision Policy
We offer revisions as per the agreement made at the start of the project to ensure the final output meets your expectations. Refunds are not issued for completed work where revisions could solve the issue.
